A 80 year old woman, for bringing suspected stabbing her husband of 81 years, was in custody this Saturday, September 20, 2014 evening at police headquarters in Saint-Etienne.
The injured husband of multiple stab wounds was rescued by firefighters around 15:30 in the apartment the couple, located in a residential area in the south-east of the city. Admitted to Hospital, his life is not in danger, no vital organs had been reached.
However his health did not permit immediate investigators to hear the octogenarian. Meanwhile, the wife, suspected of being the cause of injuries, was arrested to be heard by the police.
