As of the fall So in 2015, the Academy of Versailles will have 96 colleges ranked Zep. That of Créteil, encompassing many schools in Seine-Saint-Denis, a department considered a priority by the Minister, 130 colleges, making it the second best endowed academy, after that of Lille. The Academy of Paris will have it 29 priority education networks, three less than last year, and the department of Oise, which depends on the Academy of Amiens, 14 colleges.

The rectors of each academy, which each had a closed envelope allocated by the Rue de Grenelle in September, had three months to propose a settlement list – selected on the basis of an indicator to the social-Minister Najat Vallaud-Belkacem.
