THE SCAN POLICY – The National Assembly made public for the second consecutive year the amount and details of the distribution of this envelope which parliamentarians initially have to “support destabilized communities”

This is a practical expression of public life transparency rules: the National Assembly each year reveals the allocation details of the parliamentary reservation a sum that each Member may allocate to projects, associations or joint of choice. From a total of € 80 million for the Assembly, it is distributed to the tune of 130,000 euros per year for every member. The original spirit of the parliamentary reservation was to “support communities destabilized by exceptional circumstances justifying the implementation of national solidarity” .
