Palm Yoni, 36, was convicted of murdering four people between November 2011 and April 2012. “Essonne killer” was sentenced to a term rare Thursday: life imprisonment with 22 years of safety, the maximum allowed by law for the crimes he committed. A psychiatric expert college and judges will meet annually to review the dangerousness of Yoni Palm after 22 years of detention and to estimate whether to prolong his detention, possibly until his death.
