A law will compel justice to transmit to the administration the convictions of his agents conduct business in contact with minors . This was announced on Monday the Minister of Education after the recent pedophilia scandals in schools. The arrangement presented by Najat Vallaud-Belkacem and custody of Christiane Taubira Seals must allow the National Education – or possibly other administrations – to initiate disciplinary proceedings against its agents convicted or suspected of offenses of sexual assault on children. It is designed to transmit convictions, but also to inform the administration of judicial procedures under investigation in case of indictment in respect of the presumption of innocence, said Christiane Taubira at a press conference in Grenoble on the conclusions of the administrative investigation after the pedophilia scandals in the Isère and Ille-et-Vilaine. Complaints and simple investigations, the report will be left to the discretion of judges. In cases of Villefontaine (Isère) and Orgères (Ille-et-Vilaine), National Education had not been informed of the legal history teacher in question. This legislation will be introduced during the review, on 1 June in the National Assembly, the bill on the adaptation of the criminal proceedings European law. The objective is that the device is operational in September. Villefontaine principal was set in March exam for allegedly rape of eleven students, allegedly committed between December and March. The man had been sentenced in 2008 to six months suspended sentence for possession of child pornography. After that case, several cases of teachers convicted in the past have been reported to the Ministry of Education, who checked with the courts if this information had proved. A sports teacher at a college of Orgères, near Rennes, has been suspended in April.
