About six in ten French call Jacques Chirac, François Mitterrand and Valery Giscard d’Estaing “good presidents” . But only 39% believe it for Nicolas Sarkozy and 21% for Hollande, according to a poll published Sunday Odoxa Le Parisien / Aujourd’hui en France .
