The bones found in the Var are not those of Xavier … – Le Point

As disclosed Thursday by The Point.fr, human bones discovered Tuesday near Frejus (Var) are not those of Xavier Dupont Ligon, missing since 2011 and whose wife and four children were killed, announced the prosecutor of Draguignan Monday.

“The appraisals made from the collected DNA samples on both human bones as various personal items found at the site helped to highlight a unique genetic profile,” wrote Danielle Drouy-Ayral in a statement: “This genetic profile does not match that of Xavier Dupont Ligon and it is not his body that was discovered April 28, 2015 in Frejus.”
