Thunderstorms: orange alert lifted in Ile-de-France – Le Parisien

In the Monday evening, the orange alert storms had been maintained in 10 departments while she was lifted in 11.

The eight departments of the Ile de France as well as the Eure-et Loir (28) and the Loiret (45) had been kept in amber alert. This had however been lifted for the four departments of Poitou Charente and the Cher (18), Dordogne (24) Gironde (33) Indre (36), the Indre-et-Loire ( 37), the Loir-et-Cher (41) and the Haute-Vienne (87).

Météo France had previously brought to 21 the number of departments placed in orange alert thunderstorms after 18 hours . This “highly stormy situation” involved in the morning the departments of Charente, Charente-Maritime, Deux-Sèvres, Vienne, Dordogne, Gironde and Haute-Vienne. All the departments of the Central regions (Cher, Eure-et-Loir, Indre, Indre-et-Loire, Loir-et-Cher and Loiret) and Île-de-France (Paris, Hauts-de-Seine, Seine Saint-Denis, Val-de-Marne, Val-d’Oise, Yvelines, Essonne and Seine-et-Marne) have subsequently been involved.
