The Constitutional Council validated the law Thursday, August 13 on “energy transition to green growth ‘, which sets targets for reducing the share of nuclear in electricity production and consumption of fossil fuels.
However, Council members censored three articles, including those on energy renovation of residential buildings and the reduction of greenhouse gases in supermarkets and several provisions on food waste.
