ARCHIVES. A court of special sitting judge Abdelkader Merah’s brother, Mohamed Merah, suspected of complicity in at least logistical killings of Toulouse and Montauban in March 2012.

The second man will be judged, Fattah Malki, is suspected of supplying weapons to the killer. He was charged with criminal association in relation with a terrorist enterprise.

A non-suit has instead been ordered for a third indicted, Mohamed Mounir Meskine, as requested by the anti-terrorist parquet, “because they could ascertain his involvement.”

Mohamed Merah was shot dead in Toulouse March 11, 2012 a military, then on 15, two paratroopers from Montauban. On 19, he murdered a Jewish school in Toulouse a teacher and his two son and a classmate of 8 years. He was shot March 30 by police.
