Drama, Saturday, March 12, 2016, Rue Victor Hugo in Sotteville-lès-Rouen (Seine-Maritime) . The fire was reported around 15:30, in a row of this town house in the south of the city of Rouen. A mother and her two children , ages 1 and 5 years, were killed in the fire . These are residents who warned relief
Significant resources have been fielded. Several machines equipped with spears and, in total, a dozen emergency vehicles. The three victims could not be saved. The fire was contained to 18pm.
The father was not ready inside the house.
The privileged accidental track
