Four almost month to day after the terrorist attacks in Paris, “Little Cambodia” reopened on Monday evening March 14, in the 10th arrondissement.
“The Carillon” nearby, is one of the restaurants cafes targeted by the attacks of 13 November 2015. Fifteen people lost their lives that night.
