2 new “Three Star”
Twenty-seven restaurants in France, nine in Paris, could currently obtain three stars, the highest award of Michelin. Only two of them have been rewarded. A surprise as the three previous editions had received only one new three-star every time and even none in 2011
.
– After having been awarded on October 27 Chef of the Year by the Gault & amp; Millau 2015 Alléno , arrived in July 2014 at Pavillon Ledoyen, is again crowned with three stars, retaining the prestigious Champs-Elysées restaurant. The leader of 46 years in 2007 had already won three star Meurice
-. The second winner is “La Bouitte” in Saint-Martin-de Belleville, Savoie, René leaders and Maxime Meilleur.
