UPDATE 1-Royal wants to make all French cities “respirable” – Challenges.fr

PARIS, March 21 (Reuters) – Segolene Royal said on Saturday will make the French cities “respirable all year” with plans action over five years, while Paris has known for several days heavy air pollution.
