Alert thunderstorms: 26 departments placed in orange alert – Le Point

Météo-France has placed on 25 southwestern departments of the center and center-east in orange vigilance storms while the Rhône department is on orange alert storms and heat waves. In its bulletin of 6 hours, Météo-France has implemented a tracking storms start in 25 departments: those of Auvergne, Bourgogne, Limousin and Midi-Pyrénées and the Ain, the Dordogne, Landes, Loire, Lot -and-Garonne and Pyrénées-Atlantiques, while monitoring the Rhône department is maintained but with a “maximum temperature a little lower than expected.” Meteo France said that the end of this episode storms and heat waves is expected “earlier than Sunday, July 19, 2015 from 21 O’clock”.

The Meteorological Institute qualifies the heatwave of “substantially less durable as the beginning of this month of July 2015 “. Regarding storms, Météo-France says that it is a “stormy summer situation requires special care since there is a high risk of violent phenomena.”
