Luc Chatel, secretary general of the UMP, on vacation for a few days in La Baule, proposed an activist meeting in a restaurant Beach: Our movement has gone through turmoil for two years, in the fall of 2012 and then with what happened last spring. There will be a major conference on November 29 (for president of the UMP, Ed). My mission is to organize a peaceful election in which everyone can express themselves in tolerance and respect, quite unassailable.
