Eric Cesari, and Fabienne Pierre Chassat Liadze three former executives of the UMP, were indicted Saturday as part of the investigation in Case Bygmalion. Counsel for the latter said in microphone BFM TV that his client was “director of resources UMP” at the time of the facts alleged against him. She says Fabienne Liadze is “happy to finally be able to talk and say she did nothing.” The three former executives were indicted for counts of forgery and use of forgery and breach of trust in the case of false invoices related to the election campaign of Nicolas Sarkozy in 2012.
