Patent 2016 colleges: record success rate at 87.3% – Le Figaro

In 2016, 711 800 candidates were admitted to the national certificate, a success rate of 87.3%, up 1 point compared to 2015.

Of the 815,000 candidates who sat for the examination, the 23 and 24 June:

– 12.5% ​​obtained with an average score of at least 16/20 (Honours);

– 19.4% obtained with a score between 14 and 16 (with honors);

– 25% have been received with a score between 12 and 14 (with honors);

– 30.3% of candidates were successful with a score between 10 and 12;

– 12.7% of candidates failed with an average score of less than 10.

in general, girls do better patent college than boys. They are 90.2% to be admitted, against 84.3% for boys.
