Given the special Assembly committee which examines in his new reading bill Emmanuel Macron announced Wednesday he would introduce a number of amendments intended to implement certain government measures unveiled on Tuesday to boost employment in small and medium enterprises.
The Minister of Economy, which Bill will go into session next week said these amendments, concerning caps prud’homales allowances , Reform maintaining employment agreements and are measures against “unfair competition practices” will be “filed late Wednesday morning or early afternoon. ” The amendments will then be discussed in the evening or the next day by the commission whose completion is expected Thursday.
Prime Minister Manuel Valls also said that the government will decide on the commitment of accountability to the Assembly (under Article 49-3 of the Constitution) to vote the bill once finished work.
