The Macron law will be finally adopted on 10 July. The outcome is no longer in doubt after the government announced Thursday, July 9th, he again pledged his responsibility on the text during its third and final reading before the National Assembly.

Manuel Valls has chosen, as the first and second reading of the text, use the procedure known as the “49-3″, the name of the section of the Constitution that allows a government to pass text without a vote, and thus avoid a punishment vote of part of Socialist deputies, the “rebellious” which castigated Bill on growth.

However, this procedure has as a corollary the opportunity for parliamentarians to table a motion of censure against the government within forty-eight hours after the announcement of the procedure; what the opposition had in the two previous votes.

It is this time spared this step after seeing these twice rejected motions. The Republicans, however, the group has already announced that he would file an appeal with the Constitutional Council.

Emmanuel Macron responded by declaring it would “await the decision [Constitutional Council] to promulgate the law, “ suggestive text ” deeply enriched by the parliamentary debate “ ” a thousand amendments discussed “ . “If the reforms do, it is necessary that the implementation is a reality” .

The bill, which has more than four hundred articles, a hundred against originally contains many provisions from the reform of the regulated legal professions in the liberalization of transport by bus, via the extension of Sunday work or even the relaxation of alcohol advertising or capping compensation for unfair dismissal
