Nantes: the fall of a crane 38 meters made two injured, one serious – L’Express

The accident occurred around 16h in Saint-Sébastien-sur-Loire, south of Nantes. A crane 38 meters was just lifting a bucket filled with concrete when the cable holding the bucket is broken. Without counterweight falling tipped the crane.

The crane operator was seriously injured; he was ejected from his cabin, according to Press Océa n; his life is involved, reports Ouest-France . A driver had two severed fingers. The second injured worker was driving a mixer truck at the time of accident.

Twenty-seven workers were working on the construction site of a building, opened last September for a period of twelve months.
