Call the 197 in the case of location

police gave no other details about the case and the context of the family at this stage. If you locate the child or the suspect, do not intervene yourself, but immediately call the 197. You can also send an email to the address : alerte.enlevement@interieur.gouv.fr.

The plan “abduction alert”, which was implemented in France in 2006, has already been fired 19 times in France, always with success. It is a device alert massive, but that is enabled only if several criteria are met : a kidnapping turned out not merely a disappearance ; a minor victim whose physical integrity or life is in danger ; elements of information that may help locate the child.
