Tags antipolice at the university of Paris Tolbiac : Bernard Cazeneuve complaint – Franceinfo

Interior minister Bernard Cazeneuve, announced Wednesday that he lodged a complaint after the four tags antipolice discovered Tuesday inside the university of Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne, on the site of Tolbiac.

Four tags anti-police were discovered Tuesday in the premises of the university of Tolbiac in the 13th arrondissement. The union Alliance has asked the State to respond. This morning, the minister of the Interior, announces that a complaint is filed.

These entries are “constitute vindication of crimes against police officers”, ” said the minister in a press release. the “The authors of these entries will be identified and arrested” and “must answer before the law”, he says.

On his page Facebook, the union police Alliance has published photos of the four tags written in black or red on the walls of the corridors of the university, rue de Tolbiac, with the slogan “Strike quickly, strike hard, a good cop is a cop’s death”, or “I open a bottle every time they
close the coffin of a cop”.

“These insults and incitement to violence against the representatives of the forces of order, who every day expose their lives to protect others, are intolerable and will be punished with the utmost severity”, says the minister of the Interior, who meet on Wednesday after-noon the heads of the police and the gendarmerie in order to fix their road map annual.
