SEE. The majority of Valls sifted

But there is a big downside. Not only was his score fell sharply compared to the confidence of April (306 “for”), but the only socialist voice would not suffice. Members of the SRC group are only 253 who voted “for”. Therefore it lacks four votes in the Socialist ranks, which darkens the picture. Especially as the number of slingers PS tripled compared to the first vote of confidence!

31 PS deputies abstained

A total of 31 MPs abstained PS (see box below) , including former Minister Francois Lamy. This is slightly less than the vote of the savings plan (41 voters), but roughly the same proportion as in the vote on amending budget for Social Security in 2014 This confirms the soundness of this core of “slingers “challenging the economic policy of the executive couple.

Please also confirms the distancing environmentalists. They were warned in the morning and said their “doubts” in the gallery. It recognizes well the final 17 abstentions and one vote against the group.

Francois Hollande and Manuel Valls can, however, count on the radical left. And they now account for more than only the 17 MPs. With 13 votes “for”, they are the ones that offer Manuel Valls legitimacy.

The 31 voters PS

31 Socialist deputies abstained. This is three times more than in the confidence vote in Valls I.
