The accused, with two exceptions, denied involvement.

Rédoine Faïd’s lawyer will appeal

The lawyer Rédoine Faïd, Christian Saint-Palais, said he would appeal. He pleaded acquittal for lack of overwhelming evidence against his client. The robber multirécidiviste insisted he had “nothing to do” with the case, ensuring that it was indeed repented, with verve which helped make him a prominent place in the media. Insensitive to his “fables”, the General Counsel had placed “at the center” of the conspiracy and attempted armed robbery. She required 22 years against this accused theatrical sets until the time of the verdict. Hearing the “convicted” that accumulated against him – the president made the tedious reading each of the 287 responses to questions posed to the court – Rédoine Faïd shrugged and made the gesture of screwing his forefinger to his temple. It must board next year to the foundation, for the fourth time, to answer a spectacular escape with hostages in 2013.

Olivier Tracoulat, conspicuously absent at the hearing, for doubtless died after being wounded in the head May 20, 2010, is the only one with his blood, signed indisputably his participation in Villiers-sur-Marne shootout. Charged in court by others, it is also the most severely condemned. The court found that the charges were sufficiently damning condemnation Daouda Baba murder. The youngest defendant, 32, was stirred at the verdict, launching “You’re killing me here,” and wanting to be expelled. But the jury did not follow the Advocate General, who had appointed a third murderer, Rabia Hideur. The latter, however, was sentenced to ten years for taking part in steering the project.

The mother of Aurélie Fouquet wants to continue its “fight”

Malek Khider first arrested on the evening of 20 May 2010, with a force-fed weapons van and equipment, was given a sentence of 15 years. The prosecutor wanted him to jail for 25 years, but could not convince the court of his involvement in another case, in extremis hook Fouquet trial: that of a failed robbery in December 2010 in Gentilly, near Paris, unsolved. Two “logistics” of the team, Olivier Garnier and Wlliam Mosheh, were sentenced to five years. Jean-Claude Bisel, judged to have watched Olivier Tracoulat wounded overnight, was sentenced to one year in prison for the crime of “harboring criminals”.

Now we are frustrated at not having obtained all the expected answers “She wished concerning Faisal Faid.” It is true that on this issue, we hope that the Algerian justice do its job and can partner with the future trial “.
