The incidents began on the evening of Halloween. Four people were arrested Tuesday night in Chambéry, in the wake of scenes of urban violence involving 20 to 30 people aged 15 to 20 years in a neighbourhood in the north of the city, a-t-on learned from the prefecture of Savoie.
Around 18: 30, 20 to 30 people encagoulées have voluntarily gathered, and then set fire to containers with garbage containers at the foot of the buildings in Chambery-le-Haut, a popular district of the city. The police had taken control of the situation to 21: 30 after having strengthened their device and secure the area. This maneuver then allowed the fire brigade, for extinguishing fires.
Four people arrested

Several trash cans and a vehicle had been intentionally burned down in the night of Monday to Tuesday by several persons masked, which had then greeted the firefighters by throwing projectiles. The Halloween night was also marked by incidents in the towns of Givors and Grigny, near Lyon. Several vehicles, and garbage, were burned, but no arrest had taken place.
