In France, the heat wave should last at least until Saturday – L’Express

It will be a little cooler on the coast of the Channel, with 20-24 degrees in the land of Brittany to Flanders with 25 to 30 degrees, and on the shores of the Mediterranean and Atlantic where the mercury will rise to 28 to 32 degrees.

To cope with these severe heat waves, Météo-France recommends spending at least 3 hours each day in a cool, refresh and to wet the body regularly, drink lots, even when one does not have the sensation of thirst and finally not to go out during the hottest hours of the day.
