Two inmates escaped this morning shortly before 10 hours of the Central Saint-Martin-de-Ré and were caught by the police about 1 hour later, according to La Rochelle prosecution.
The two detainees were s escape after being kidnapped technical officer, said the prosecutor of La Rochelle.
