Case Lambert guardianship granted to his wife challenged on appeal – Le Figaro

The General Counsel of the Reims Court of Appeal called on Thursday to cancel the guardianship of Vincent Lambert given to his wife, Rachel. She advocates a “joint authority” given to an individual and a corporation.
