VIDEO. Bouches-du-Rhône: two murders in less than 6 hours at Marseille Marignane – Le Parisien

V iolence extreme in the Bouches-du-Rhône where two homicides occurred in less than six hours. A man of thirty-five was shot dead on the night of Wednesday to Thursday, around 1 am, in Marignane, about twenty kilometers from Marseille. A little less than six hours earlier, shortly after 19: 30 pm, a man in his forties was also shot several times in the 13th arrondissement of Marseille.

The victim was shot shortly before 1am by several bullets in Marignane, northeast of Marseille and near the airport of Marseille-Provence. He is the fifth person killed by firearms since early August in the Marseille region.

Wednesday, shortly after 19: 30 pm, a man of forty years was shot several balls in the 13th arrondissement of Marseille. The victim who was parking his motorcycle in his property had been targeted by a man out of a vehicle to take before taking the flight aboard it. The shooter had left him no chance, the newspaper La Provence, with seven bullets were fired at close range in front of his 16 year old son. Firefighters, who supported the victim, could not revive him and he was pronounced dead on the spot.

Since the beginning of the year, the Bouches-du-Rhône have seen an increase in firearm homicides, with 23 victims counting that of Wednesday to Thursday night.
