Prime Minister Manuel Valls, Thursday, July 31, gave the green light to the consultation undertaken on completion of the A831, this stretch of highway project connecting Fontenay-le-Comte (Vendée) and Rochefort (Charente-Maritime) which Ségolène Royal opposed.
